The Board of Directors for Legends Village HOA is seeking homeowner volunteers interested in serving on the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

This committee works closely with our management company, Inframark, to review ARC requests submitted by homeowners for exterior home improvements. Typical requests received include landscaping projects, fence repair or replacement, roof replacement, solar panel installation, door and window replacement, exterior painting, and other exterior modifications or improvements.
