On behalf of Legends Village Homeowners Association, Inc. and Inframark we would like to congratulate you on the purchase of your home. Inframark would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to your Community and introduce you to our firm by offering a brief overview of our management services. 

As the managing agent, Inframark, will provide the oversight of the common elements, collect homeowners’ dues, disburse payments, and maintain the Association’s books and records.  Our firm provides comprehensive monthly reports to the Board of Directors and helps in the preparation of the annual budget process. At the direction of the Board, we enforce the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) of the Association, which helps maintain property values and the aesthetics of your community.
